We at Greenway Airpark Family Dentistry have always striven to follow and exceed the standards for workplace safety and cleanliness to protect our employees and patients alike.
Dental equipment and disposable barriers for each patient are either thrown away, disinfected or sterilized after use. There is always abundant hand sanitizer in every room in the office.
In response to the COVID-9 pandemic, we have stepped up our sanitation procedures. As of March 31st, 2020, in addition to our rigorous standard of care, we have implemented the following enhanced cleaning
We are screening our patients to inform those who are at risk of infection.
Our true HEPA filter units have been moved into areas of patient traffic.
We have installed clear barriers at the front desk.
After every patient, we clean and sanitize pens, door handles and countertops. In addition, we perform aerosol sanitation of every room.
Only one patient or family is allowed in the office at a time. We ask that patients remain in their cars instead of congregating in the waiting room. If that is not possible, the chairs in the waiting area are spaced apart for distancing.
Employees wear enhanced face shields for dental work.
In spite of all that has happened, we are here for you if you have a toothache, broken tooth or swollen gums. From May 1st onwards, we will resume routine dental work as needed.
Looking forward to better times and brighter smiles, Dr. Chen and everyone at Greenway Airpark Family Dentistry
